Houston School of Floral Design Selected as AIFD Education Partner
August 28, 2008 —The Houston School of Floral Design is pleased to announce that we have been selected as an education partner for the American Institute of Floral Design (AIFD). AIFD is the floral industry’s leading nonprofit organization, committed to establishing and maintaining higher standards in professional floral design.
Through the education partnership, the Houston School of Floral Design plans to offer floral design instruction from some of the top names in the nation. The first seminar, planned for October 22, 2008 is a Party Design Seminar taught by Keith White, AIFD. In addition to many honors, Keith has been selected to represent America in the Interflora World Cup Competition in Shanghai, China at the World Expo.
